Refund Policy

At ScoopNationZA, we take pride in creating beautifully curated mystery gift boxes and party packs that are packed with care. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds (General)

Because our gift boxes are curated surprise items and often include personalised selections, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Preference-based reasons (e.g. you don’t like the items)

  • Mystery box expectations (as contents vary by design)

By placing an order, you acknowledge that each ScoopNationZA box is a surprise experience, and item combinations may differ from photos or examples shown online.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly assist if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong box or the wrong item(s)

  • Items are missing due to packing error

 

What to do:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of:

    • the outer packaging

    • the damaged item(s)

    • the full contents of the box

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A replacement Scoop box

  • A store credit

  • A refund (only in cases where a replacement is not possible)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty or skincare items

  • Personal care items

  • Any sealed items once opened

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale/discount items (unless damaged on arrival)

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we’ll help you track it with the courier.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will:

  • Resend your order, or

  • Issue store credit / refund depending on courier outcome.

Please note: ScoopNationZA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, load shedding disruptions, weather, or incorrect address details supplied at checkout.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been packed or dispatched.

  • Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
