At ScoopNationZA, we aim to make gifting easy, fun, and stress-free — including delivery! We currently offer two reliable shipping options within South Africa.

Delivery Options

Option 1: PUDO Locker-to-Locker / Pickup Point (Standard)

This is our most affordable shipping option.

How it works:

  • Your order is delivered via PUDO to a selected locker or pickup point.

  • You’ll receive a collection notification and PIN when your parcel is ready.

Best for: budget-friendly gifting and flexible collection times.

Option 2: Courier Guy Door-to-Door (Extra Charge)

If you prefer home or office delivery, we offer door-to-door courier delivery via Courier Guy at an additional charge.

How it works:

  • Your parcel is delivered directly to your chosen address.

  • Delivery costs will be calculated and added at checkout (or confirmed before dispatch).

Best for: convenience, surprise gifts, and direct-to-recipient delivery.

Dispatch Timeframes

All ScoopNationZA boxes are carefully curated and packed by hand.

📦 Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note: During peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotions, month-end), dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected:

  • PUDO: estimated 2–5 business days

  • Courier Guy Door-to-Door: estimated 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Fees

  • PUDO shipping is charged at a standard rate (displayed at checkout)

  • Courier Guy Door-to-Door is available at an extra charge (quoted at checkout or confirmed via message)

Correct Address Details

Please ensure all delivery information is correct when placing your order, including:

  • Full name

  • Contact number

  • Delivery address OR chosen PUDO pickup point

ScoopNationZA cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details provided.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp (where applicable), depending on your chosen delivery method.

Delivery Problems or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the parcel and contents
